Copy style from a link
Paste a public video URL to import its captions, colours, zooms and pacing as a new style.
Import style from a video link
You can now create a style by pasting a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Vimeo or direct .mp4 link. BatchEdits reads the video’s captions, colour scheme, zooms and pacing and saves them as a reusable style.
The option appears in the Copy style flow on the dashboard. After pasting the link, the system processes the video (a few seconds) and adds the new style to your library.
How to use it
- Open the Copy style dialog from the dashboard.
- Paste a full video URL into the Video link field.
- Click Copy style to import.
- The new style appears in your styles list ready to apply.
