    • Payment Information: If you subscribe to our paid services, we collect information necessary for payment processing (e.g., via Lemon Squeezy). This may include billing address, partial credit card information, and payment transaction IDs (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

    We use the collected data for the following purposes:

    • Service Provision: To operate our AI bulk video editing tools, process your inputs, and deliver the final edited outputs.

    We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above:

    • Tool Inputs and Outputs: Your uploaded videos and generated exports are retained on our servers to allow you to access and download them. You can delete these files manually at any time. If an account is inactive or files are no longer needed for active processing, they may be subject to automated deletion policies.
    • Account Data: Retained for the lifetime of your account. If you delete your account, we will securely erase your personal data and associated files.

    5. User Controls and Rights

    You have full control over your data and the following rights under applicable laws like GDPR and CCPA:

    • Right to Access and Portability: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
    • Right to Deletion: You can delete your tool inputs, outputs, and entire account directly from the app dashboard or by contacting us.
